You might come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're barely holding it all together. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, family conflict, or maybe you just don't feel like the best version of yourself. My job is to help you unpack it all and learn practical strategies to move forward. I aim to help my clients "grow through what they go through" and feel more equipped to deal with all the things life can throw our way. My clients often end therapy feeling more grounded, more confident, clear on their values and how to live the life they want to live. 

I know that finding the right therapist for yourself, your family, or your child can feel like a daunting task. The best way for us to know if we will be a good fit is for you to schedule a free phone consultation. On this brief call, we can discuss your individual or family's therapy needs, and I can answer any questions you may have. If we both agree we're a good fit, we'll schedule the initial session for as soon as possible.
