My job is to help you unpack it all and learn practical strategies to move forward. I aim to help my clients "grow through what they go through" and feel more equipped to deal with all the things life can throw our way. My clients often end therapy feeling more grounded, more confident, clear on their values and how to live the life they want to live.

My goal is to help potential clients feel informed and navigate this process as easily as possible so you can make the best choice for what's next. On this brief call, we can discuss your individual or family's therapy needs, what you can generally expect when working with me, and I'll answer any questions you may have. If we both agree we're a good fit, we'll schedule the initial session for as soon as possible before we hang up.
