How do I access the portal?
You will recieve an email invitation from Sessions Health prior to your first session prompting you to create a portal account. After that, you may click the link below and use your log in information to access the portal.

How/when do I receive my super receipt?
Your super receipt is automatically uploaded to the portal around the first week of every month. If you do not see this, please ask Ashley how to access it.
How can I schedule or reschedule an appointment?
You can use the portal to request a session by logging in and clicking "Appointments" then "Request Appointment." From there, you can select the length of time you're requesting and pick a date/time that is open. Ashley will approve the request and you will recieve a confirmation email.

No Surprises Act
Evergreen Therapy is a completely out-of-network practice, and is transparent with fees so that clients may plan appropriately for the cost of services. The Federal No Surprises Act, which came into effect in 2021, requires providers to post this information, and that can be found and downloaded below. Additionally, each client will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that details fees that can be expected from services.
